Shipping Policy
Free shipping across Europe Every order to an EU country is shipped free of charge. [For the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.]
Order before 21:00, delivered tomorrow We ship every order ourselves from our warehouse in Roermond, the Netherlands. Orders placed before 21:00 on a working day (Monday to Friday) are sent the same day.

Orders placed after 21:00, at the weekend or on public holidays are sent on the next working day. Delivery times are an estimate, not a guarantee.
Carriers and tracking We ship with [PostNL and DHL] to confirm. As soon as your order leaves us, you receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow your parcel to your door.
No extra costs in the EU All prices include VAT. Within the EU there are no customs duties or extra charges on delivery.
United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway These countries are outside the EU, so your parcel goes through customs. [Import VAT and any duties are paid by you on delivery to the carrier. / UK VAT is included in the price at checkout, so you pay nothing extra on delivery.] Choose one; see the note below.
Lost or damaged parcels Your order is our responsibility until you receive it. If your parcel is lost, arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 10 working days, email us at info@zemrane.com with your order number. We will send a new item or refund you in full.
Wrong address Please check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us straight away; we can change it as long as the parcel has not been sent.
Returns You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Returns from the Netherlands and Belgium are free with our label. See our Return Policy for all details.
